Should you feel that the item ordered is not what you expected or hoped for, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note or a full refund.
We do not refund for a change of mind
For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it.
There are no refunds for Sale items.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We recommend you use registered post or a traceable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means returned items must be unused in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
After we have received your item and confirmed it is in ‘as-new’ condition, we will issue you with a store credit or refund of the purchase price less the initial delivery costs. If any items are deemed to be damaged after leaving the store this will be classed as misuse and not eligible for a refund. If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then we will not accept your product for return.
